Automatic Fertilizer Tank Filling System

Scope

Design and installation of an automatic fertilizer mixing and filling system for Reijnpack B.V., a chicory grower in Zeeland, Netherlands. The system automatically fills IBC containers with either A/B nutrient solutions or acid/base solutions, using liquid fertilizer components stored in separate PE tanks. The system can be controlled through a PLC unit or computer interface.
